The Human Resource Helpline service is intended to provide initial consultation services.  If additional services are required beyond the scope of the Helpline, a fee for service may be required.  The member’s prior approval will be obtained before any fee-based services are provided.

It is understood and agreed that HR One's role is limited to an advisory capacity.  The application and implementation of the information and services provided by HR One are totally the responsibility of the member. Further; it is understood that the appropriate government agency has, in most cases, the final approval regarding compliance.  The member, therefore, agrees to hold HR One and Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce harmless from any claims regarding the Helpline usage.

This special no fee service is in place only if you are an access member of the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce.  In the event you are no longer an access member of the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce, the annual fee for the Helpline service would be $600 per year and must be authorized under separate agreement.
